1. Nature of the Service

Hawwelly is a cloud software service designed to assist Shopify merchants in Egypt in organizing, tracking, and verifying manual payment receipts (InstaPay, mobile cash wallets, and bank transfers).

⚠️ 2. Non-Custodial Declaration & Full Financial Disclaimer

• Zero Custody: Hawwelly never holds, processes, or clears money. All funds transfer peer-to-peer (P2P) directly between buyer and seller.
• Merchant Liability: The merchant is solely responsible for verifying that bank balances match receipts before dispatching products.
• Dispute Disclaimer: Hawwelly bears zero liability for commercial disputes, courier delays, fraudulent buyer submissions, or chargebacks.

3. Pricing, Subscriptions, Free Trial & Cancellation

• 0% Sales Commission: Hawwelly deducts 0% percentage fees from your store GMV.
• Monthly subscription: The service is a monthly subscription with two plans (Starter up to 250 orders a month, Pro up to 1,000). Installs from the Shopify App Store are billed through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Installs arranged directly with the provider are billed as agreed in writing, by a direct transfer that the provider verifies before activating the subscription.
• Free trial: A free trial period may be granted with a promo code that can be used once per store; its length is stated when the code is given (for example 30 days). When the trial ends a paid subscription is required to keep using the service.
• Cancellation and refunds: A merchant can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the app. For subscriptions paid by direct transfer the subscription stops immediately and the amount for the current period is not refunded unless agreed otherwise in writing. Shopify Billing subscriptions follow Shopify's rules.

4. COD Guard & Shipping Deposit Rules

Hawwelly provides technical human-confirmation toggles and shipping deposit verification. Delivery execution and consumer return policies are strictly governed by the merchant's store policy and applicable Egyptian consumer laws.

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud

Using Hawwelly for fraudulent activities, forged slips, or illegal goods is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.

6. Governing Law & Developer Contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
